Job Description
We are looking for a male Accountant / Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our company located in Kundli Industrial Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and maintain petty cash on a daily basis.
- Prepare and manage billing/invoices.
- Maintain daily incoming and outgoing entries.
- Maintain ledgers and accounting records.
- Handle cash transactions and expense records.
- Prepare and maintain daily accounting reports.
- Manage salary distribution/payments and related records.
- Enter and maintain all accounting transactions in BUSY Accounting Software.
- Reconcile cash and ledger balances regularly.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, receipts and payments.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily financial transactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in accounting and billing.
- Good knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of ledger, petty cash, billing and daily accounting entries.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, trustworthy and disciplined.
