Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer outstanding balances.
• Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
• Prepare and verify bills, invoices, expense statements, and payment records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Maintain records of hospital expenses, purchases, and vendor transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding billing and payments.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)/Any Graduate or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
