Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in International Billing and Advanced Excel to join our international courier and logistics company. The ideal candidate should have experience handling international invoices, billing operations, financial records, and Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and process international invoices and customer billing.

Handle international billing operations related to courier and logistics services.

Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding receivables.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal departments and international clients regarding billing queries.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports using Advanced Excel.

Maintain MIS reports, data analysis, and billing trackers.

Perform invoice reconciliation and ensure billing accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation for international transactions.

Assist with accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, and other accounting activities.

Ensure timely invoicing and maintain financial records systematically.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and billing.

Experience in international billing, preferably in the courier, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, including:

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

IF formulas and SUMIFS

Data cleaning and reconciliation

MIS reporting

Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or other ERP systems.

Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet billing deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in international courier companies, logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import billing will be preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable working with large volumes of billing data and Excel reports.
