Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses based on their career goals.
• Handle inbound leads received through Justdial, social media, website enquiries, referrals and other marketing channels.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, career opportunities and training methodology.
• Conduct telephonic, online and face-to-face counselling sessions.
• Follow up consistently with interested leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records in CRM/MIS.
• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches, schedules and student requirements.
• Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build a positive relationship with students before and after enrolment.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars and promotional activities organised by WAE Academy.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of technology and IT courses is preferred.
• Previous experience in education counselling, EdTech, admissions, telesales or inside sales will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in admission counselling / education sales / telesales.
