Admission Counsellor

Eduplier Education Services is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counselor to join our growing admissions team.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable online degree programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.

* Counsel students regarding Online MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA and other UG/PG programs.

* Understand students’ educational background, career goals and requirements.

* Recommend suitable universities and programs based on student profiles.

* Explain program details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process and career opportunities.

* Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM / Google Sheets / Excel.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until successful enrolment.

* Coordinate with university/operations teams for documentation and admission completion.

* Ensure a professional and student-centric counselling experience.

Candidate Profile

* 1–3 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, education counselling or EdTech sales.

* Experience in Online Education / Distance Education / Higher Education will be preferred.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.

* Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate counselling.

* Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
