Job Profile / Responsibilities
• New BC Point / Retailer identification & onboarding
• Airtel Payments Bank AIP/Banking Point activation
• Retailer KYC & documentation process
• Retailer training & business activation
• Savings Account opening & customer acquisition
• AEPS – Cash Withdrawal / Deposit
• Money Transfer / Send Money
• BBPS, Recharge & other banking services
• Existing retailers की productivity और transactions बढ़ाना
• Daily field visit & sales/business reporting
• Monthly targets achieve करना
Salary Structure -
Take Home - ₹21000/ Monthly (Inhand) + ₹2500/Monthly Petrol/Travel + Upto 25000 Incentives
🎯 Incentive: Retailer Onboarding + Active Retailer + Account Opening + AEPS/MT/BBPS Business + Target Achievement के आधार पर।
Experience: Field Sales / Fintech / Banking / Merchant Acquisition experience preferred.
Qualifications Required- Graduation and Above
If 2 Years Experience in Sales Than 12th Pass
