WE’RE HIRING: AREA MANAGER – CAFÉ / QSR OPERATIONS

Kofi Kafi | Delhi | Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

Kofi Kafi is a growing coffee brand bringing quality coffee, a welcoming experience and Gen-Z energy to everyday prices.

We’re looking for a hands-on Area Manager to oversee daily operations across our Delhi outlets and help our store teams perform consistently.

Your responsibilities:

• Visit outlets regularly and ensure operational readiness.

• Manage staff attendance, shift planning, training and accountability.

• Maintain hygiene, recipe consistency and customer-service standards.

• Monitor inventory, procurement requirements, stock discrepancies and wastage.

• Review outlet sales and take practical steps to improve performance.

• Ensure daily checklists and reports are completed accurately.

• Resolve operational issues and follow through until they are closed.

Who should apply:

• Preferably 3+ years of café, QSR or restaurant experience, including team management.

• Strong store managers ready for a multi-outlet role are welcome.

• Comfortable with POS systems, basic Google Sheets and daily reporting.

• Willing to travel regularly between Delhi outlets.

• Reliable, organised and able to handle staff issues professionally.
