Assistant Store Manager – Luxoro Formello (South Extension Part II, New Delhi)

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Guide customers in selecting premium footwear and accessories.
• Supervise store staff and maintain discipline.
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of retail sales/store management experience.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed personality, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
