We provide execution support for services like GST, FSSAI, Trademark, ISO, BIS, DPIIT, Company Incorporation, GeM and other compliance-related services.

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Partnership Manager who can build relationships with practising CAs, CSs and Advocates and bring them onto our associate network.

Your main goal will be to understand their requirements, explain our services and build long-term professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and connect with CA, CS and Advocate firms.
• Build and manage a pipeline of professional partners.
• Speak with partners to understand their business and client requirements.
• Explain Certifykaro's services and partnership model.
• Follow up with potential partners and convert them into active associates.
• Help onboard new associates and ensure they start using our services.
• Maintain relationships with existing associates.
• Collect feedback and share market requirements with the internal team.
• Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, professional networks and industry events for business development.

Who We're Looking For

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partnership roles.
• Experience dealing with businesses or professionals, not retail customers.
• Basic understanding of Indian compliance services such as GST, Trademark, Company Registration, FSSAI, etc.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable speaking with CA, CS and Advocate professionals.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working with a CA firm, compliance company or B2B SaaS company.
• Existing network among CAs, CSs or Advocates.
• Comfortable communicating in Hinglish.
• Experience in professional partnership or channel sales.

What This Role Is Not

• This is not a high-volume telecalling job.
• We are not looking for someone to make hundreds of random calls every day.
• The focus is on building quality, long-term professional partnerships.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
