Position: Beauty Advisor

Department: Retail / Cosmetics

Experience: Experienced candidates only

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (12th Marksheet Mandatory)

Age Limit: Below 33 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days

Shift: Rotational


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products.
  • Provide product demonstrations and recommend products based on customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective customer service, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Maintain product displays, stock availability, and counter cleanliness.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand grooming standards.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and new launches.
  • Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in cosmetics or beauty retail is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good grooming standards and a presentable personality.
  • Strong customer-handling and selling skills.
  • Must be comfortable with counter sales and rotational shifts.
  • Candidates must have a valid 12th marksheet.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
