Business Development Executive

• Identify and approach potential clients requiring branding, marketing, social media and related services.
• Generate business through platforms such as Fiverr and other relevant online channels.
• Develop opportunities through outbound prospecting and market outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales discussions.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable agency services.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate commercial discussions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with founders, business owners and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand capabilities and create suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain records of prospects, meetings, proposals and conversions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4+ years of relevant business development/sales experience.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing, branding, advertising, creative or service-based company will be strongly preferred.
• Experience with online lead-generation platforms such as Fiverr is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable attending physical client meetings.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and commercially driven mindset.
