BluePen Al is building a screen-free Al learning system for students aged 12+. The product combines a smart pen, voice-based Al assistance and a paired neckband to support homework, study and learning without a screen. BluePen Al currently supports Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu and German, with more Indian regional and international languages coming soon.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with sales experience. Candidates from EdTech, education counselling, insurance, consumer sales, field sales or similar roles are welcome.

What you will do

• Give product demonstrations to parents and students

• Generate leads through schools, tuition centres, residential communities, referrals and local channels

• Follovw up with leads and close sales

• Build and manage customer relationships •Conduct workshops and presentations for groups of 30-50 students

•Collect customer feedback and market insights This is a field-focused sales role. You will spend time meeting schools, parents, students and local partners.

What we are looking for

• Previous sales experience is preferred

•Go0d Hindi communication skills and working knowledge of English

•Comfortable with feld sales and product demonstrations

• Able to conduct workshops and presentations for groups of 30-50 students

•Strong follow-up and sales discipline •Familiarity with Dwarka and Delhi NCR is a plus Compensation Rs. 3LPA fxed +sales incentives

•Rs. 100 per hardware sale

•Rs. 150 one-time incentive when a customer's second Al subscription payment is received

Rs. 100 per working day towards food expenses

• Local travel allowance or petrol allowance for employees who use their own bike

5 days a week
