Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing client calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Handle and follow up on leads and inquiries received through IndiaMART.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable Ayurvedic products and solutions.
- Generate sales by converting IndiaMART inquiries and potential leads into customers.
- Prepare quotations, share product details, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.
- Schedule and participate in face-to-face and virtual business meetings with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
