About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Executive with at least 2 years of sales experience. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, government tenders, and online business portals will be preferred.

Preferred Experience Candidates having experience working with or handling business through:

• India MART
• Trade India
• Government e-Marketplace (GEM) Portal
• B2B Sales Platforms
• Tender/Quotation Business
• Corporate & Institutional Sales
• Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads through calls, online platforms, references, and field visits.
• Handle existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Respond to customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Manage leads received through India MART, Trade India, GEM and other portals.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales.
• Visit clients when required for meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and order finalization.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
• Maintain sales reports and update customer/lead information regularly.
• Candidate Requirements Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in B2B/Institutional/Government sales will be an advantage.
• Experience with India MART, Trade India, GEM Portal or similar platforms is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Should be comfortable with both office and field sales work.

Working Style-
