- Lead and manage the Business Development (calling) team — own the combined 600-registration target, not just individual quotas, and course-correct pacing month to month (currently: 60 by end-Sept, 120 by end-Oct, 200 by end-Nov, per person).
- Monitor and drive team KPIs daily: calls made (minimum 50/day/person benchmark), connect rate (minimum 50% target), and tier mix (VIP/Diamond/Gold) against target.
- Own the seminar funnel's BD-owned touchpoints — Task 2 (cold call + follow-up on unpaid registrants) and Task 4 (post-seminar 3-track follow-up) — and keep conversion rates on track.
- Drive sponsor and partner outreach for Mahakumbh 4.0 — NGO federations, CSR desks of corporates, and past sponsors — running this in parallel with the registration push.
- Own the December attendance-confirmation push: ensure ≥90% of registered NGOs are personally reconfirmed before event day.
- Coordinate handoffs with the Registration Desk, Video/Marketing, and Retreat Camp teams so leads move cleanly through the funnel.
- Report weekly to CA Rajesh Verma on registrations, tier mix, pacing against target, and team KPI performance.
- Recruit, train, and (if volume requires) scale the calling team ahead of key milestones.
