Call Center Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team and handle customer enquiries for our Canton Fair & China Business Travel Packages.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, explaining travel packages, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers interested in our Canton Fair packages.
• Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, travel arrangements and visa-related information clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable package options.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and bookings.
• Convert genuine enquiries into confirmed customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding bookings, documentation and customer requirements.
• Provide professional customer support before and during the customer's travel process.
• Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and polite on phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computers.
• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
• Candidates with experience in travel, visa, tourism, B2B, international travel or telecalling will be preferred.
