Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls related to ambulance bookings and service requests.
  • Understand customer requirements and accurately capture patient details, pickup and drop locations, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to facilitate timely ambulance deployment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding service status and escalate urgent cases when required.
  • Maintain accurate call records, case details, and system updates.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, call scripts, and customer service protocols.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, particularly in emergency situations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and call handling guidelines.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsFluency in Hindi, English and one more regional language is mandatory.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed while handling emergency calls.
  • Strong coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
