Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Office Car Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for company employees, management, clients, and official documents or materials as required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Pick up and drop off employees and management as instructed.
• Maintain punctuality and follow assigned schedules and routes.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Perform routine checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, and other basic vehicle requirements.
• Take the vehicle for servicing and repairs when required.
• Maintain proper records of fuel, mileage, servicing, and vehicle-related expenses.
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company and passenger information.
• Assist with bank, courier, document delivery, and other official errands when required.
• Report accidents, vehicle issues, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• RequirementsValid driving licence appropriate for the company vehicle.
