Job Description
A CASA Sales Officer (Current Account Savings Account Sales Officer) is a frontline bank sales role responsible for acquiring new customer savings and current accounts, verifying KYC/AML compliance, and cross-selling banking products like credit cards, loans, and insurance. [1, 2]

Role & Responsibilities
- Account Acquisition: Find and convert new customers (individuals and businesses) in the local branch catchment area through field sales, cold-visiting, and tele-sales.
- KYC & Compliance: Complete regulatory-compliant documentation, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Balance Build-Up: Encourage clients to maintain active balances and deposit volumes in their new accounts.
- Cross-Selling: Pitch secondary banking services such as debit/credit cards, salary accounts, personal loans, or mutual funds. [1, 2]

- Eligibility: Generally open to graduates (freshers welcome) with good local and English communication skills and comfort with field mobility. [1]
- Salary & Compensation: Typically ranges from ₹1.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakhs per annum (or roughly ₹15,000 to ₹25,000+ fixed per month) plus performance-based incentives.
