CCTV Maintenance Experts

Job Role

The Export CCTV Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems deployed for international clients. The role ensures that all security systems operate efficiently, meet customer requirements, and comply with applicable technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, video management systems, and related security equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.

Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted operation of surveillance equipment.

Conduct regular inspections and testing of cameras, recording devices, storage systems, and network infrastructure.

Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with export customers, project teams, and technical support teams to address service requests and technical issues.

Provide remote and on-site technical support to international clients when required.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and customer specifications.

Assist in system upgrades, firmware updates, and integration with access control or other security systems.

Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment.

Train end-users and customer representatives on system operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.

Support project installation and commissioning activities during export deliveries.

Required Skills

Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network configurations.

Understanding of TCP/IP networking, cabling, and security system integration.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel internationally if required.
