Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Indian Chef with a minimum of 3 months of experience in preparing authentic Indian cuisine.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic North Indian dishes, curries, gravies, dal, rice, and other Indian specialties.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
- Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 months of experience in Indian cuisine.
- Basic knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of North Indian dishes and gravy preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
