Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pan-Asian Cuisine

We are a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in South Delhi. As we expand our kitchen team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specialising in Pan-Asian cuisine to join our team.

Experience

- Minimum 6–9 years of relevant kitchen experience.

- Experience in Vietnamese, Pan-Asian, Thai, Japanese or Korean cuisine is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and take ownership of your assigned kitchen section during service.

- Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation of dishes.

- Follow recipes, preparation standards and portion controls.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.

- Ensure mise en place is completed and the section is ready for service.

- Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.

- Support and guide junior kitchen staff.

- Monitor stock levels, maintain proper storage practices and minimise food wastage.

- Maintain discipline, efficiency and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of Pan-Asian kitchen operations and cooking techniques.

- Good knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, seasonings and preparation methods.

- Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Attention to detail and consistency.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Passion for food and willingness to learn and work with Vietnamese cuisine.
