Job Description – Collection ExecutiveCompany: Trafin Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Collection Executive
Location: New Delhi
- Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Salary & BenefitsFreshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand)*
- Experienced: Salary more than the last CTC (Salary Proof Mandatory)
