Job Description

CARE CAPACITY is seeking Tele Callers for Banking Collection and Recovery Process.

Key Responsibilities are Follow up with customer regarding their dues and pendency communicate payment- related information.

Ability to handle customer conversation politely and confidently.

Basic System Knowledge required
