Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Continental Cook to prepare high-quality Continental dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes as per the menu and recipes.
• Ensure proper taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of food.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and accompaniments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
• Monitor food stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef/Chef and maintain kitchen discipline.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Continental Cook is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Education: Any relevant culinary qualification preferred.

Experience: 2-5yrs Experience candidates can apply.
