CRM Manager

# Sales Team Lead / Senior CRM - Automotive Spare Parts Export.

Location: roshanara road

Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the sales team, including CRMs, Business Development Executives and Sales Support, and ensure day-to-day sales activities are completed on time.

- Monitor leads, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups to ensure timely action and a healthy sales pipeline.

- Work with the team to achieve the sales targets set by Management and track progress regularly.

- Handle key customers and important business opportunities directly through calls, WhatsApp and Zoom meetings to build relationships, resolve queries and close business.

- Manage the sales process from enquiry and quotation to order conversion, order processing, dispatch and repeat business.

- Support the team in handling difficult enquiries, negotiations and customer issues and step in where escalation is required.

- Coach and guide team members, review their work and help improve follow-up, conversion and overall performance.

- Coordinate with Management, Purchase, Operations and Accounts for pricing, product availability, order processing, customer queries and smooth fulfilment.

- Share regular updates with Management on sales performance, pipeline, important opportunities and challenges, and communicate relevant inputs to the team.

- Represent to company at international trade shows and exhibitions when required.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in B2B export sales, preferably with some experience guiding or managing a sales team. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills. Ambitious, proactive and target-oriented, with the ability to build customer relationships and take ownership of sales activities. Experience in automotive spare parts is an advantage but not essential.
