Job Description
Daily shipment booking, dispatch and delivery operations handle karna.
* Pickup aur delivery schedules coordinate karna.
* Customers, drivers, vendors aur transport partners ke saath coordination.
* Air, Road, Mall Delivery aur Appointment Delivery shipments ko manage karna.
* Shipment tracking aur timely delivery status update maintain karna.
* Docket, invoice, POD aur other logistics documents maintain karna.
* Delivery issues, delays aur customer queries ko resolve karna.
* Daily MIS reports aur shipment records prepare karna.
* Operations team ke saath coordination karke smooth shipment movement ensure karna.
* Company policies aur customer service standards follow karna.
Required Skills
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and email handling.
* Logistics/transport industry ka knowledge preferred.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Team mein kaam karne ki ability.
* Time management aur follow-up skills.
