Job Summary
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support over calls, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in customer service or calling profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain daily call reports and work records.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and relationship management.
- Calling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry.
- Problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
- BPO/customer support experience preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Calling, BPO, or Customer Support profile.
