Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders and appointment bookings.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments and missed visits.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Service Team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain customer call records and update appointment details in the system.
- Collect customer feedback after vehicle servicing and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and maintenance schedules.
