Customer Service Manager — House Of Sunehri

Location: Chhatarpur / Jaunapur, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Experience: 2–5 years in customer service and order management

House Of Sunehri creates handcrafted wedding and décor props. We’re looking for an organised Customer Service Manager to manage customer communication and coordinate confirmed orders from booking through dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, order queries and complaints professionally.

* Maintain accurate order details and status updates in Vastra software.

* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to track pending items and completion dates.

* Proactively update customers on progress, delays and dispatch details.

* Confirm delivery commitments with production before communicating dates.

* Follow up on pending payments in coordination with accounts.

* Maintain a daily follow-up list and report urgent issues to management.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Experience handling multiple orders and resolving customer concerns.

* Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp Business and order-management software; Vastra experience preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

* Experience in décor, handicrafts, furnishings or made-to-order products preferred.
