Job Summary We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to handle incoming customer calls, resolve customer queries, provide product-related information, and maintain good customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Assist customers with basic product-related and software-related queries.
• Coordinate with the technical support and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on pending customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer calls, complaints, and feedback.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding product features, services, and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while communicating with customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Hindi and English communication skills; regional language skills will be an advantage.
