• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, inquiries, and service-related queries professionally.
• Make service appointment calls and coordinate with customers for vehicle servicing.
• Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, feedback, and complaints.
• Maintain customer databases and update service records.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Workshop team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-service follow-up calls to collect customer feedback.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain daily call reports and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM software.
• Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Prior experience in an automobile dealership or service department will be preferred.
