Job Description
- Deliver courier shipments to customers within the assigned territory.
- Pick up shipments from customers as per the assigned route.
- Verify consignee details and obtain customer signature/OTP before delivery.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments wherever applicable and deposit them as per company guidelines.
- Update delivery and pickup status using the PDA/mobile application.
- Ensure zero loss, damage, or misplacement of shipments.
- Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
- Follow the daily route plan and achieve delivery targets.
- Report delivery exceptions, customer complaints, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery bag, and vehicle.
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while on duty.
