Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns that drive qualified leads and maximum ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup: Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ad campaigns (Lead Gen, Conversions, Retargeting).
Audience & Creative Testing: Build high-intent lookalike/custom audiences and test ad copy, hooks, and visual angles.
Optimization & Scaling: Control budgets, lower CPL/CPA, and scale winning campaigns efficiently.
Tracking & Analytics: Setup and monitor Meta Pixel/CAPI and track key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
Reporting: Analyze performance data and deliver weekly insights to continuously improve campaign ROI.
Requirements
1–3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience with proven performance results.
Solid understanding of digital metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Meta Pixel/CAPI tracking.
Strong data analysis and A/B testing capabilities.
