Job Description
- Own the digital campaign strategy and execution for CA Rajesh Verma Sir Semianrs— pre-launch buzz, registration launch, sustained weekly promotion, final countdown, event-day content capture, and post-event follow-through.
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp (Business/Status) — daily posting, community engagement, and channel growth, alongside the always-on seminar content calendar.
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) within approved budgets, tracking cost-per-lead and cost-per-registration.
- Coordinate with the in-house content/video team to keep a steady pipeline of scripted videos, milestone posts (registration counters), and reveal content synced to campaign phases.
- Own weekly reporting — reach, engagement, leads generated, and funnel conversion from social/ads through to registrations closed by the outreach team.
- Manage and troubleshoot the registration landing page and payment flow on ngoguru.org, working with our web vendor as needed.
- Support WhatsApp/email broadcast pushes to our past-participant database alongside the outreach team.
- Manage any external freelancers or agencies (design, ads) within budget.
