Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and scale our complete digital marketing ecosystem, with a strong focus on performance marketing, quality lead generation, tracking, website management, SEO, and organic social media growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with an Ayurveda/Healthcare company, particularly in generating and improving the quality of leads through Meta and Google Ads. This is not a role limited to campaign execution. We are looking for someone who can analyse data, identify problems, suggest improvements, implement strategies, and take ownership of digital growth.

1. Meta Ads – Expert Level
2. Google Ads – Expert Level
3. Website Designing & Management
4. Landing Page Designing & CRO
5. Tracking & Analytics
6. Advertising Policies
7. Ayurveda / Healthcare Lead Generation Experience This is a major requirement.
8. SEO
9. Social Media Growth
Salary Competitive salary based on experience, expertise and previous performance. Candidates with proven experience in Ayurveda/Healthcare performance marketing and quality lead generation will be given preference.
