Job Description

We are hiring an Order Processing & Returns Executive to manage day-to-day order processing and return-related activities. The candidate should have at least 6 months of relevant experience and a good working knowledge of MS Excel. Responsibilities will include processing and tracking orders, managing returns, exchanges and cancellations, maintaining accurate order records, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and resolving order-related issues. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
