Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all products and SKUs.
  • Track daily stock levels, inward stock, outward stock, returns, and damaged products.
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
  • Maintain SKU-wise inventory in Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce seller panels.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system/seller-panel inventory.
  • Handle inventory related to customer returns, cancellations, and replacements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch/packing team to ensure correct SKU and quantity are shipped.
  • Maintain proper records of damaged, defective, and unsellable stock.
  • Support inventory planning based on sales trends and demand.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Good knowledge of SKU management and stock reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple SKUs and marketplace inventories.
