E-commerce Executive – Amazon & Flipkart

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Location: Trilokpuri, East Delhi

Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon & Flipkart
• Handle new listings, variations and bulk Excel uploads
• Manage Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF related operations
• Maintain SKU-wise inventory, purchase and manufacturing data in Excel
• Track stock movement, returns and marketplace operational issues
• Coordinate with tailors/vendors for production and stock requirements
• Check Seller Central/Seller Hub notifications, listing errors and catalog issues
• Optimize titles, bullet points, keywords and product content
• Support daily e-commerce backend operations

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Experience in product listing and catalog management
• Good MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP, filters and sheet handling
• Understanding of SKU, inventory, HSN, GST and marketplace operations
• Good follow-up and coordination skills

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant Amazon/Flipkart marketplace experience preferred.
