E-Commerce Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to grow online sales, improve profitability and manage daily marketplace and website operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations across Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Tata CLiQ, Ajio, Tira and our Shopify website.
• Own monthly sales targets, channel profitability and advertising performance.
• Improve product listings, keywords, images and content to increase visibility and conversions.
• Plan pricing, promotions, marketplace campaigns and product launches.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns based on ROAS, ACOS and profitability.
• Coordinate inventory planning, stock replenishment, order processing, dispatches and returns.
• Work with marketplace account managers to secure promotional opportunities and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with accounts to reconcile payouts, commissions, deductions and pending claims.
• Monitor customer reviews, returns and complaints to improve the shopping experience.
• Lead the e-commerce team and coordinate with creative, warehouse and customer support teams.
• Prepare weekly reports covering sales, margins, advertising spend, stock availability and action plans.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably with a beauty, personal care or consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels, advertising tools and Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace fees, pricing, inventory management and profitability.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Unicommerce is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable sales growth while maintaining healthy margins.
