E-Commerce Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and experienced E-Commerce Manager to handle daily e-commerce operations, customer communication, product pricing, and marketplace management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day tasks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, FirstCry, Blinkit, and other online marketplaces.
• Handle customer calls, inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Manage product pricing, price updates, and competitor price monitoring.
• Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and product information.
• Prepare daily sales reports, pricing sheets, and other MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Handle marketplace-related issues through emails, calls, and support tickets.
• Monitor order processing, cancellations, returns, and customer complaints.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and regular reporting to management.
• Required SkillsExcellent MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data filtering, and reporting).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confidence in handling customer and marketplace support calls.
• Good understanding of product pricing and profit margins.
• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce portals.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Preferred CandidateMinimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
