Position Title: E-commerce Portal Manager

Location: GT Karnal Road Industrial Area, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Portal Manager to oversee and manage our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of various e-commerce platform

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce portal, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain:
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
