Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding suitable courses and career options.
  • Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
  • Explain course structure, fees, duration and career opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain student enquiry and follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
  • Coordinate with the training and academic team.
  • Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
  • Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Confident personality with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Good Hindi and English communication.
  • Experience candidates can apply.
  • Experience in education counselling, sales or business development will be an advantage.
  • Candidate should be comfortable working from the Rajouri Garden office.
