1. Planning course material and activities 2. Assessing the students’ progress (Homework, exam grade etc.) 3. Keep a record of students’ attendance and grade 4. Manage classroom crisis and resolve conflict 5. Building trusting relationships with students, parents and other staff 6. Inform parents about their children’s performance 7. Guiding students to improve their skills in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing in small and large group sessions to meet the communication needs globally. 8. Clear diction, pronunciation and intonation 9. Sound knowledge of grammatical structures 10. Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks. 11. Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom. 12. Responsible for effective instruction, innovative approaches, and instructional strategies, including the effective use of technologies, to increase student learning and confidence to learn. 13. Performance of other job-related duties as assigned. 14. Attending staff meetings and training and development sessions. 15. Organizing, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions, school concerts, camps and sporting events
