We are looking for a confident, professional, and well-organised , good looking female candidate with practical knowledge of corporate event management, marketing, and client coordination to join our growing corporate event company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and coordinate corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, award ceremonies, and brand activations.
• Generate new corporate clients and business leads.
• Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and business development.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and event venues.
• Have a basic understanding of AV production, LED walls, sound, lighting, staging, and event setup.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and event requirements.
• Coordinate event planning, execution, scheduling, and on-site management.
• Maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate with prior knowledge of corporate events.
• Experience in corporate event management, event agencies, or event production preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Good negotiation, marketing, and business development abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office, email, and professional presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate events under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and attend on-site events across Delhi NCR.

Salary₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, negotiable based on experience,
