Role Overview
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be more than a salesperson — you will be a style advisor and brand ambassador. You’ll curate an elevated shopping experience, guiding clients in selecting footwear and accessories that complement their wardrobe while representing the sophistication of Luxoro Formello.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients, providing personalized style consultation.
- Share the Luxoro Formello story and highlight craftsmanship details.
- Achieve sales targets through effective client service and product knowledge.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a premium retail atmosphere.
- Build long-term client relationships with follow-ups and invitations to new collections.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of retail experience in luxury or premium fashion (Zara, Aldo, Steve Madden, Charles & Keith, etc. preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about fashion & styling.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with discerning clientele.
- Prior experience in South Delhi luxury retail is an added advantage.
