Job Description
Field Collection Executive – Roles & Responsibilities1. Payment Collection: Customers ke ghar ya office visit karke pending bills aur outstanding payments collect karna.
2. Customer Visit: Daily assigned customers ko visit karna aur payment follow-up lena.
3. Outstanding Recovery: Due payments aur overdue bills ki recovery karna.
4. Payment Follow-up: Customers ko call karke payment due date aur pending amount ke baare mein remind karna.
5. Customer Handling: Payment-related queries aur complaints ko professionally handle karna.
6. Payment Updates: Collected payments ka proper record maintain karna aur company system/CRM mein update karna.
7. Daily Reporting: Daily collection report, customer visits aur recovery status manager ko share karna.
8. Target Achievement: Daily, weekly aur monthly collection targets achieve karna.
9. Documentation: Payment receipts aur collection-related documents maintain karna.
10. Escalation: Payment na karne wale ya dispute karne wale customers ki details senior team ko report karna.
