Field Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Executive to handle field operations, documentation, banking activities, and payment collections for a plastic trading company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day field activities and office-related external work.
• Manage and submit necessary documentation to customers, vendors, banks, and other parties.
• Visit banks for deposits, documentation, cheque-related work, and other banking activities.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and payment collections.
• Maintain proper records of collections, documents, and field activities.
• Coordinate with the internal accounts and sales teams regarding payments and documentation.
• Regularly travel within the assigned area for business-related activities.
• RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of relevant field experience.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Good knowledge of field work, documentation, and banking procedures.
• Experience in payment collection / receivables follow-up will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and comfortable with regular travel.
