Visit industrial areas and factories to identify and source skilled workers/karigars.
Gather references and leads for experienced workers from local sources.
Speak with workers, supervisors and factory contacts to understand their skills and experience.
Screen suitable candidates and coordinate their interviews.
Convince them to work in our factories in Punjab.
