Position: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of bags and handbags through field visits and direct customer interaction.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Candidate Requirements: Must have experience in product sales and field sales.
- Experience in bags, handbags, fashion accessories, lifestyle products, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and market visits.
- Target-oriented and confident in business development.
